About Me

Lived in So. Cal all my life , Been riding and building bikes since the early 70's . At 42 I am addicted to old school BMX bikes . I love building them as much as I love riding them , currently I am building a mid 90's PK Ripper ,99 Powerlite coqpit xxl , and a 1981 Team Mongoose Kos Kruiser .I got my ripper almost done and so far  it's lookin pretty sick , waiting for   custom   pads and seat  to be done. I am having them done in black leather with red stitching  . I  love this bike ,it's fast and it's only   20.8 lbs  complete . This is currently my daughter Julia's  rider atleast until I finish her Robinson Pro .

Hi PK Rippin So. Cal... I would check with your local SE dealer or e-bay for the Red decals. They should be available through the dealer. The red tires are likely special order for the complete bikes... (KENDA)... I would see if you can locate a local shop or mail order (such as colored tuffs.com) that sells that brand or even better Tioga Comp IIIs. Sounds like a great build!

Thanks jed I am currently looking for the last couple things for my pk , red gumwalls like on the white and red pk in the back ground , red decals ? again same as on the red and white pk , do you know where I could find some ?

Welcome to the Site! Love the mid 90's Rippers... Powerlite xxl is sweet... and a classic Mongoose from '81! Glad to have you on board. Don't fight the addiction.
