I bought this frame from a friend of mine who got it off craigslist. It was Frame and fork (SE landing gear chrome)

He kept the forks for his bike. The frame was never built when I got it, no marks on dropouts from axle nuts, new threds on euro bb. The top tube measures 21.5" from center to center, has gaussets? at top of top tube and bottom of bottom tube; leading me to believe it is a 2006. Not sure if the paint is Original, its a matte silver and a great paint job all the vents in the seat and chain stays are painted perfectly, no drips, runs or imperfections. The frame had light decal residue on the stays from what looked like the 06 team model decal set(so the silver could be OG). Under the bottom bracket the serial number looks like it was taped off before the silver was applied, Leaving a black rectangle with the serial # in it. so the frame is black under the silver. not sure if SE made a silver team model. SERIAL # TCF6EO7938 also stamped DOP38-2 under the bb. So my questions for the wise BMX museum community is : What year frame? Original silver paint?, or originally black painted silver & never built? I am getting ready to put it in the museum and would love to hear what you guys think.

How ya like the overall build? rode it for the first time yesterday its like driving a limo Im 6'2" custom fitted with all new parts

First off... this is a cool Ripper.  Love the Blue parts with silver frame. At first glance, I assumed this was a 2008 PKR team model.  The 2008 was ball-burnished alum finish.  The 2007 model came in a split color scheme Silver / SE Blue.  It is likely this frame was repainted by the previous owner.  I would send an e-mail to Advanced Sports (SE) and see if they have a record of the serial # to pinpoint the year.  Also, the 2006 model was solid SE Blue... I believe black PKRs were prior to the '06 model.

Good Luck!
